The DCC Boardroom has seating for 6+, and features a 65″ Sony Monitor on the east wall, fed by an HDMI cable in the centre of the table, or via WiFi.

The available Meeting OWL 360º Conference Camera provides coverage of everyone in the room, making the Boardroom ready for in person meetings with virtual attendees. (Please add to booking — no charge) 

For screenings the 65″ Sony is complimented by an Atmos surround system.

Power is provided from the centre of the boardroom table for laptops, and wired ethernet access is available in the room along with the facility Gigabit Wifi.

The west wall of the room has a large white board to assist in diagramming meetings.
