DCC is a boutique creative coworking space for companies and freelancers. Our 3,000 sq ft space includes private offices, hot desks, two audio studios, a podcast recording room and the multipurpose North Room.

5 private offices available ranging in size from 2-person to 10-person. Most of the offices feature locally sourced maple wood tops on sit/stand desks. Private offices also include a number of free boardroom hours.

Our boardroom is designed to seat 6+ people comfortably. The table is a live-edge design made here in Ontario from local walnut. Boardroom rental includes access to all business services.

Studio A is a Pilchner-Schoustal designed mix room and live room.
Studio B is a producer’s room with a recording booth. It can also be used as a video editing room.
Our Podcast Room is designed for up to three people — for audio or video with 4K cameras.
The North Room is a multipurpose room with great acoustics for live performances.
Connect with your colleagues and other DCC members over a meal or coffee in the kitchen.
This bright space opens onto a balcony, and has 7 seating spaces at high tables.
